Sheridan Construction was contracted to complete dormitory repairs for Mercer University’s Atlanta Campus. The project’s scope included reframing all exterior walls, repainting the apartments, providing new flooring, brick veneer, stucco, windows, cornice, gutters, and downspouts. The project also included exterior work, such as new parking lot sealcoat, line striping, and landscaping.
