Sheridan Construction provided Preconstruction and Construction Management services for a 17,357-square foot new Student Life center consisting of a gym and auditorium. The two-story project also included several classrooms, an AstroTurf playground, and a warming kitchen. The student life center was constructed on a tight 47,000 square foot site on the existing and occupied St. Joseph Catholic School campus located on High Street and Washington Avenue in Macon, GA. The building is constructed of structural steel and masonry, with a brick, block, and glass envelope.
