Bibb Distributing is an example of using a metal building frame creatively while combining low cost with aesthetics. The facility required two 23,000 square foot rooms that required temperature and humidity to be controlled. The outside temperature and humidity are monitored and the control system that we designed adjusts the room parameters per a protocol that preserves the product life, but also prevents the packaging from sweating once it is loaded on to the delivery truck.

This building was a design-build project with an owner who was very actively involved with the construction process. The climate controlled warehouse and office facility were described by a Vice President of Anhauser-Busch as “setting the new standard”. It consists of twin 23,000 square foot coolers, a 10,000square foot loading area, and 25,000 square foot of offices and meeting rooms.
