The project was designed by Azar+Walsh Architects following the strict guidelines from the corporate Volkswagen design book. Volkswagen requires a program manager be involved with the project and this was CBRE (they manage all new Volkswagen dealerships across the country). The new 14,713 sf building contains a show room, a service drive, a service shop, parts department and a indoor 3-car wash bay. The structure was split between structural steel and block.  Sheridan provided construction management services which included cost estimating, scheduling, logistics planning, construction management, and self-performing concrete.

Sheridan’s relationship started with Jackson Automotive in July 1964 with every contract being a hand shake.
