Sheridan was contracted to renovate and modify North Dodge Elementary School and South Dodge Elementary School. Renovating this K-12 education building was a construction management at-risk project. The building lacked a pavilion at the front entrance and a secure vestibule area. Additionally, the restrooms throughout were outdated.

Renovating these areas was the primary focus of the project. The scope included: construction of a large pavilion for student drop off, a secure vestibule with storefront and video intercom for school entrance, and renovation of all restrooms. Sheridan demolished all restrooms and provided new phenolic toilet compartments, toilet accessories, vinyl ac tile and aluminum grid, epoxy flooring, and new exhaust. Every restroom received new coats of paint, plumbing fixtures, and updated lighting. Sheridan was able to build four new restrooms, as well.
